These improvements where designed and adjusted to the different situations of the 5 buildings renovated. Architectural drawingsEDEA-Renov project proposes a construction retrofitment intervention for San Lázaro neighborhood based on the construction solutions researched and tested on the different actions of the project. The most valuables retrofitment construction improvements are included in this project in order to join them in a real retrofitment detailing: assembling, material description, and other technical features. This project is the first step to improve the energy efficiency of the whole neighborhood and it can be followed by several energy retrofiment projects developed on social dwellings in similar climate conditions.  (PDF 3,79 Mb)

D10.4 - San Lázaro neigbourhood energy improvements. Energy improvements BudgetEDEA-Renov project proposes several construction energy improvements. This report analyzes the most important construction solutions selected and it studies the costs and collateral actions needed to complete the construction improvement properly. This information has been used in the payback period of the construction improvements developed in San Lázaro and Santa Engracia neigbourhood. D10.5 - Technical OfficeThis report explains the actions developed in the Santa Engracia neighbourhood technical office during EDEA-Renov project. This office was created in order to manage the dwellings rehabilitation, dwellers  coordination, project dissemination and users’ grants management support. During this task 30 extra energy studies were developed also and a weekly assistant service was provided for 1 year and a half.  (PDF 932 Kb)

D11.1 - Santa Engracia neighbourhood monitoring project and installationThe “wired” EDEA RENOV monitoring system captures: indoor temperature and moisture, air quality and power consumption. Monitoring equipment installed developed by the EDEA RENOV team in order to improve the expensive and big industrial monitoring market systems. The result was a wired system based on ARDUINO technology communicated by wireless antennas and connected to a base station located in the neighbourhood headquarters. The data base system which hosts the information of the monitoring system is XIVELY, a public platform compatible with ARDUINO technology and JAVA graphs.  (PDF 4,60 Mb)
 
D11.2 - Eficiex System - San Lazaro MonitoringDuring 2014 a new San Lázaro monitoring system were developed by EDEA RENOV team. This new system’s name is EFICIEX. EFICIEX is a complete monitoring and advisor system based on Arduino and Raspberry Pi technologies that allows dwellers to know their power, gas and energy consumption also their indoor and outdoor temperature and moisture and indoor air quality. Finally we have developed a IOS and Android APP in order to give recommendations and alerts to the EFICIEX users when something important is happening such as high energy consumption, where open and close windows to improve air quality, recommendations to decrease their consumption, etc.  (PDF 1,19 Mb)

D11.3- Extremadura dwelling energy diagnosis webEDEA-Renov is a project focused on San Lázaro and Santa Engracia neighborhoods, however other Extremadura dwelling have been studied in order to have a panoramic view of the construction and installations situation in the houses of the region. The following report researches the energy efficiency of 23 houses all over Extremadura including all the different building typologies. The research includes energy simulations and real consumption data (power and gas), also a comparative between real data and simulated.  (PDF 2,93 Mb)
